Are your wreaths safe for outdoor use?
The materials used in my wreaths are considered durable to moderate outdoor exposure. If hanging your wreath on an exterior door, I recommend hanging your wreath on a door that has a slight overhang. In adverse weather conditions I suggest taking your wreath off the door until they pass. But as you know, over time the sun will fade a wreath, some flowers or mesh faster than others. Your wreath should give you 3-4 seasons of enjoyment. If a wreath is not recommended for external use I will specify this on the product description.
Sizing details
The sizes of my items are included in the description of the item. We measure each item before listing it on the website.
Shipping details
Shipping can take anywhere up to 2 weeks as our products are all handmade. We endeavour to have your order shipped as soon as possible. Once your wreath has shipped, shipping usually takes 2-3 days within Ireland. All of our sales are tracked. You can check the status of your shipment using the tracking number on the couriers website. At times there can be delays please contact the courier company directly quoting your tracking number to follow up with your order in the event of a delay.
Returns
Due to the handmade nature of the products we sell, all sales are final. Since these are handmade items there could be a time when a wreath or item may have a defect or become damaged during transit. In that event that this happens, you may exchange your item for another wreath of the same value or be refunded the full purchase amount. Refunds will not be completed until item is shipped back to Willow and Wreath. You will need to contact Willow and Wreath within 2 business days of the receipt of your item and to have a return shipment transaction generated.
